Terms and Conditions

We design and develop websites, and provide related services such as on-page SEO setup, indexing setup and analytics configuration.

All prices on this website are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). Package prices are one-off project prices for the scope described on the pricing page.

Each package includes exactly what is listed against it on the pricing page. Anything not listed is not included unless it is confirmed in writing for your project.

Additional pages beyond your selected package, new functionality, major structural changes or substantial changes to the original brief may require a separate agreement and separate pricing, always confirmed in writing before work begins.

A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance payable before or at handover. The exact amounts and dates are confirmed in your project agreement.

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Work may be paused where payment is overdue.

Turnaround times shown on the pricing page are estimates based on typical projects. They begin once the deposit, completed project brief, required content, images and branding have been received.

Timelines also depend on the complexity of the project and on how quickly you provide feedback. We do not guarantee a delivery date before reviewing project requirements.

You agree to provide accurate information about your business, the content, images and branding required for the project, and timely feedback at each review stage.

You confirm that any content, images or materials you supply are either owned by you or properly licensed for use on your website.

Design refinement is included within the agreed project scope. We work with you through the design stage until the agreed direction is right.

Changes outside the agreed scope — additional pages, new functionality, major structural changes or a substantial change to the original brief — are quoted and agreed in writing before any additional work begins.

Hosting, domain registration, business email, premium plugins, paid fonts, stock imagery, payment gateway fees and similar external services are not included in package prices unless your agreement explicitly says so.

Those costs are paid directly to the relevant providers, and their availability and pricing are controlled by them, not by us.

On full payment, you own the website design and content created specifically for your project.

Third-party elements such as fonts, stock imagery, code libraries and platform subscriptions remain subject to their own licence terms. We may also reference the completed design in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

A website is considered launched when it is published to the agreed hosting environment and handover has been completed.

Launching a website does not mean Google or any other search engine will rank it. Indexing and search visibility depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee rankings, traffic or enquiry volumes.

You may cancel a project in writing. Deposits cover work already completed and are non-refundable once design or development has begun.

If you cancel partway through, you will be invoiced for work completed up to that point.

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
